Fax Ordering Option Now Available

Place an order in 3 easy ways:

• ONLINE on our fully interactive website
• CALLING our customer service centre at 1-800-891-0844
• FAXING your order (see below)

*NOTE* We require valid prescriptions written by a licensed doctor. Once an order has been placed we require that the prescriptions be faxed or mailed to us along with a copy of the patient's photo identification (driver’s license, birth certificate or passport).

ONLINE ORDERING:

Use the search field, or click on one of the tabs located on the top of each page.

Find the medication you are looking for, highlight the appropriate dosage and quantity, then click the buy button to place the item in your shopping cart.

When finished, click the checkout button and follow the 6 easy steps to place the order. Once your credit card has been successfully charged, you will receive a 6 digit order number and a fax number.

Fax in your prescriptions and photo identification to the toll free fax number provided to you. Include your 6 digit order number on the fax so we can identify it to your account.

Once all forms are received, it will take 3-5 business days for the order to be processed and another 2-3 weeks for delivery. This processing time allows for our doctors to look over your medical profile, documents and prescriptions for approval.

You will be sent an e-mail confirming your order has been received. Once the order is shipped you will be sent a second e-mail with the delivery confirmation number.
