Ordering Online: Search for your medication(s), add them to the shopping cart and then proceed through our online checkout. If you are registering for the first time, you will need to fill out some information so that your order may be filled quickly and safely.

Ordering by Phone: Call us toll-free at 1-866-444-6376 and one of our Customer Care Representatives will place your order over the phone.

Ordering by Fax, Mail or Email: Download the Patient Forms and mail, email or fax the completed two-page registration form, along with valid prescription(s) and a copy of a primary piece of identification (i.e. driver’s license or passport).

For every prescription medication ordered you must submit a copy of the prescription written by your doctor. If you are ordering from us for the first time you must also submit a copy of a primary piece of identification (i.e. driver’s license or passport). If you created the order online or by phone, it is very important that you remember to complete this step otherwise we will not be able to complete your order.

As part of our commitment to our customers, CanDrugstore will call and confirm every order made with us. During this confirmation call our customer care representative confirms the medications ordered, the address they are to be shipped to and any other processing details.

We attempt to have your prescriptions filled for you within three to seven business days from the day your completed information is received, provided your forms are complete and accurate.

On average, we quote 2 to 4 weeks for delivery from the time your order has been received and processed. Shipments may be delayed in the event of seasonal weather disruptions, high mail volume around the holidays, and random US customs checks.

Although courier service is not an option due to shipping restrictions associated with prescription medication, all orders are shipped via priority service and all packages are insured.
