Bextra Dietary Supplement Recommendations

Unlike most Bextra Monographs and drug information pages, our Bextra Monograph includes dietary supplement recommendations.

Patients may benefit from a Glucosamine Sulfate and Chondroitin combination. This supplement has been shown to actually help rebuild cartilidge in the joint.

Patients should also consider Coral Calcium supplementation. Coral Calcium alkalinizes (raises the pH of) the body. This raised pH might help alleviate the stomach upset that can occur with this class of drugs (NSAIDS).
